In today's episode of the Fit Moms Squad Podcast, I interview Abby Vichill, RD about missing your periods and how it's not OK.

Abby is a functionally trained performance dietitian located in Cleveland, OH. She works in private practice for FWDfuel Sports Nutrition, where she guides individuals on using lifestyle and food as medicine to optimize their health and performance. She specializes in working with females who suffer from hormone imbalances, menstrual irregularities, and poor gut health. Abby spent years working through her own hormone and gut issues, all while competing in the sport of CrossFit, and she now brings this experience and knowledge into clinical practice using personalized nutrition and gut and hormone balancing protocols to help women feel and perform their best. Abby is on a mission to help women understand their female physiology, in particular, the critical role female hormones and the menstrual cycle play in not only fitness goals, but overall human health.
